Our history
Established in February 2020, Reunion Garage was conceived with a precise objective: to transform the passion for the BMW world into a tangible project, driven by technical excellence, handcrafted elegance and ongoing innovation. In a few years, we have established a reputation as a leading provider of exclusive parts and custom accessories for motorcycles, entirely designed and manufactured in Italy.
Our evolution has been rapid but steady: from an independent laboratory to a well-structured reality, able to propose customized solutions for motorcyclists, workshops and dealers. Custom culture is an integral part of our heritage, but today we are mainly manufacturers of durable, functional and distinctly designed technical components.
We specialize in the production of handcrafted accessories for BMW motorcycles, with a fully in-house production process. All of our accessories are made of anodized aluminum, available in different finishes and compatible with the main BMW models. We work on ready stocks or specific demands, achieving a perfect balance of performance, aesthetics and functionality.

Team and Vision
Behind every Reunion event is a precise methodology, a strong identity and a specialized team that works with passion and expertise every day.
Our technical department is led by Enzo, a senior designer with extensive experience in the field, who personally manages every stage of the development process, from initial scanning to 3D design and final finishing. The marketing and communication strategy is implemented by Alessandro, the founder of the brand and voice of Reunion Garage, who has transformed a handcrafted intuition into a project with a distinctive technical identity.
Our vision is to create accessories that are more than just components; we aim to make distinctive signs. Each product we manufacture reflects a commitment to style, a sense of belonging, a passion for the custom world, and a meticulous attention to detail.
We work closely with dealers, specialized workshops and discerning motorcyclists, providing them with reliable, high-performance and authentically Italian components. Handcrafted BMW motorcycle accessories: our process, step by step
From idea to component, every accessory is born in-house and bears the Reunion signature.
At Reunion Garage, we make our position clear: we produce our products in-house. Each component is the result of a rigorous, completely in-house production process. This process allows us to maintain the highest standards at each stage of manufacturing.
Step 1 - 3D scanning and design.
Our process begins with intuition. We analyse the original component, scan it with high-precision tools, and redesign it in CAD to improve line efficiency and compatibility. I can guarantee that every detail has been optimised for an attractive, functional and durable result.
Step 2 - High-Performance CNC Machining
Our CNC machines are the key to bringing these parts to life, with configurable 3, 4 and 5-axis options. We use anodized aluminium for most of our products. This is machined from solid, with total control over the precision and quality of the geometries. Every part is checked, one by one. We don't do mass production; we make each one by hand with the utmost care and accuracy, using only the latest industry tools.
Step 3 - laser engraving and custom detailing
We will move on to the design phase as soon as the mechanical phase is complete. Our high-precision laser machines engrave logos, textures and custom decorations to the customer's exact specifications, always delivering an aesthetically impressive result. This step is essential to make each piece unique, easily recognizable and consistent with the visual identity of the brand.
Step 4 - all about finishing, testing and mounting.
Finishing is done manually, with maximum attention to detail: edges, threads, surfaces. Once you've finished, it's ready to be assembled. Our products are designed to fit perfectly with compatible BMW models. No modifications or adjustments are needed. We can guarantee that all parts are workshop-tested and often fitted to motorcycles before being shipped. This is how we guarantee that every product is perfect for the street, the showroom or the sale.
